We can't have a discussion unless you provide me, with your understanding of the terms, 'educated, middle class and modern.' Your understanding of these three might differ from mine and cause conflict. I know you said most people on Sikh forums are educated, middle class and modern, but you still need to give me your definition of all these.
When you say 'educated' are you referring to some one who holds a diploma, higher degree or a professional person and can speak and write in English?
What is your definition of 'middle class?
What does 'modern' mean to you? Does it mean someone who follows the modern trends and considers himself very 'westernized' apes everyone and everything under the sun and so on and so forth?
I can only answer your next part of the question if you can kindly provide me with these answers.
