Niddar is a clear bs artist and from what I've read and seen the shastar vidya he teaches seems to be just a combination of different already existing martial arts from around the world but I wonder about the fighting style and techniques of sikhs during the gurus times. Surely it cant be gatka the ways its practised nowadays with all the useless twirling around and showing your back to your opponent 13mirch do you have any info on how sikhs fought during the gurus time what were there style and techniques like what were the training camps like and how were they trained. Fascinating stuff.
