Sikhism does not attack and criticise other religions. Guru Granth sahib has many quotes in it regarding the koran, vedas and the Bible which are the foundations of these other religions.
Bani which makes our religion greater than the other religions is so full of humility that it also says
ਬੇਦਕਤੇਬਨਸਿੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਿਸਾਸਤ॥बेदकतेबनसिम्रितिसासत॥
Beḏ kaṯeb na simriṯ sāsaṯ.
There were no Vedas, Korans or Bibles, no Simritees or Shaastras.
ਪਾਠਪੁਰਾਣਉਦੈਨਹੀਆਸਤ॥पाठपुराणउदैनहीआसत॥
Pāṯẖ purāṇ uḏai nahīāsaṯ.
There was no recitation of the Puraanas, no sunrise or sunset.
ਕਹਤਾਬਕਤਾਆਪਿਅਗੋਚਰੁਆਪੇਅਲਖੁਲਖਾਇਦਾ॥੧੩॥कहताबकताआपिअगोचरुआपेअलखुलखाइदा॥१३॥
Kahṯā bakṯāāp agocẖar āpe alakẖ lakẖā▫iḏā. ||13||
The Unfathomable Lord Himself was the speaker and the preacher; the unseen Lord Himself saw everything. ||13||
ਬੇਦਕਤੇਬੀਭੇਦੁਨਜਾਤਾ॥बेदकतेबीभेदुनजाता॥
Beḏ kaṯebī bẖeḏ na jāṯā.
The Vedas and the Bible do not know the mystery of God.
ਬੇਦਕਤੇਬਕਹਹੁਮਤਝੂਠੇਝੂਠਾਜੋਨਬਿਚਾਰੈ॥बेदकतेबकहहुमतझूठेझूठाजोनबिचारै॥
Beḏ kaṯeb kahhu maṯ jẖūṯẖe jẖūṯẖā jo na bicẖārai.
Do not say that the Vedas, the Bible and the Koran are false. Those who do not contemplate them are false.
